With over 24 years of experience in both Malaysian and English law, Jenny Kuan Pin Hwa brings wide-ranging expertise in real estate, finance, and corporate matters. Originally from Penang, she earned her law degree from the University of Sheffield in 1998 and completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2000.

Dual-qualified in the UK and Malaysia, she has worked with a broad range of clients, including multinational banks, private medical institutions, insurance companies, property developers, and both local and foreign investors, advising on diverse business contracts and providing corporate advisory.

Path to Partnership

Starting law as a second career, Jenny became a practicing solicitor in the UK in 2004. After several years abroad, she returned to Malaysia with invaluable international experience. Having worked at top law firms in both the UK and Malaysia, she continued to grow her skills before joining the firm as a Partner in 2013.
